Simon Procter, born 1968, is the son of a steelworker and raised in Royston a small mining village in Northern England. He studied Fine Art for many years specializing in Painting and Sculpture. He holds an Honors degree in Fine Art from Trent University.

Since his debut exhibition in Miami Basel in 2008 Simon Procter has become one of the most collectable Fine Art photographers of his generation. His artwork is held in prestigious collections and museums worldwide.

 

He is an influential photographer producing advertising for a wide range of high level clients including :Chanel, Dior, Nike, Reebok, Speedo, Adidas, Nokia, Hastens, Marriott, Mont Blanc, Falke.

 

In 2015 Simon founded  Orcadia Film, a cinema production company.

Simon lives between Paris, New York and a farmhouse in northern France.

Né dans le Lancashire, au Nord de l’Angleterre, il a grandi à Royston, un petit village minier du Yorkshire.

Durant ses années d’études aux Beaux-Arts, il s’est spécialisé en Peinture et Sculpture.

 

Photographe renommé, il a notamment contribué à de nombreuses campagnes publicitaires internationales, incluant des marques prestigieuses comme Chanel, Dior, Nike, Reebok,

Speedo, Adidas, Nokia, Hastens, Marriott, Falke.

 

Depuis sa première exposition à Art Basel 2008, il s’est distingué comme étant l’un des photographes d’Art les plus en vue de sa génération. Ses photographies sont présentes dans les musées et les grandes collections du monde entier.

 

Simon vit entre Paris, New York et sa maison de campagne au Nord de la France.
